G9 AIOS Agent · Updated 7 October 2026
G9 AIOS Agent (the "Agent") is privately operated software, provided for the use of its owner and a small number of people known personally to the owner. It is not a commercial product, it is not for sale, and there is no sign-up. These terms govern that private use.
By authorising the Agent against a Google Account, you agree that:
The Agent reaches Google services under Google's own terms, which govern that access independently of these terms. Where the Agent relies on a third-party AI model — including Google's own AI services — that processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
The Agent is provided "as is", with no warranty of any kind. It is experimental software on privately operated equipment. It may be unavailable, it may be wrong, and it may change or be withdrawn without notice. It is not a system of record: do not rely on it as the only copy of anything that matters.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator of the Agent is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use — including loss of data, loss of documents, or missed messages or appointments. The Agent is provided free of charge for private use, and its total liability is limited accordingly.
The Agent runs on equipment that is not a commercial hosting service. There is no uptime commitment. It may be offline for maintenance, power events, or repair.
These terms may be revised. The current version is always published on this page with its date.
These terms are governed by the laws of Mexico, State of Baja California.
